| The client came to Mod Architecture with a partial plan and asked for some creative design to create an interesting modern home that worked with their lifestyle. With some plan restrictions to work through, a design was formed which fulfilled that brief. Strong geometrical shapes to the front create that all important roadside appeal. The use of a large exposed block wall in the entry provides scale and flows the outside environment in. The end result is an exquisite property with lovely large living areas enhanced by a three metre stud height. | |
